I introduced my eventual bride to my folks after our first date. We stopped by the house, as I'd already told them I'd marry her, and I thought it would be good to get that out of the way. It went so well that they told me if I DID marry her, I'd better never dump her as I'd have to change MY name and SHE would move back in with them. I did a tribute to her on my blog, for Christmas.
