I have a Spanish minor, but I definitely barely squeaked by in Spanish conversation or whatever the class is called. I can't stand to speak another language, no matter how much I know it. There's hope though (which is good since I wanna live overseas one day)...when I was walking around Turkey (okay, different language, same problem) with two others who spoke NO Turkish, suddenly my 100 word vocabulary of mostly food words was put to use. I now know that I can speak other languages, it's just a matter of swallowing my pride and doing it. I know EXACTLY how you feel.
