How Things Are Different

Dec 4, 2008 Author: Elizabeth | Filed under: Daily

My life has changed quite a bit post college. This morning I was just thinking about how things are different.

  • I go to bed early
  • I can take a 10 minute shower
  • I can barely stay awake for Letterman
  • Friday night fills me with such all-consuming bliss that I can’t stay awake past 9 pm. What is WRONG with me?
  • I pay a car payment on time. Let’s be honest–two weeks early. I told my mom this and she about passed out.
  • I don’t take “it” anymore. And by “it” I mean things like the stuff Mathis Brothers tried to pull, anything at work, and any shenanigans my extended family try to pull
  • On Saturday, I just want to sit on the couch

(I’ll add more if I think of them)

You know what I like?
