Everybody has that something when they are little right? You know, a stuffed giraffe, random dish cloth, “binky,” or a bedraggled Cheer Bear (wink). Totally normal.
But today, I am going to admit something to you. It’s difficult, but I’m not ashamed. I’ve had twenty-two years to come to terms with it and so has my family. Most likely, while they haven’t told me this to my face, they think I am an embarrassment. And I’ll show you why.
For Icy Hot and Vicks VapoRub. Both have helped me out a lot over the past week. And I’m glad to say that I’m almost better!
Right now I’m watching my silly dog corner a frog underneath a lawn chair. In other news it seems that her temperament has calmed somewhat. Let me tell you, that is a good thing.
Well, if there is anyone left around here, I thought I would let you know that I am back, hoping to write on a more regular basis once again. I am going to try and set up a schedule so that I can get a lot more done this summer.
Last semester was probably the worst ever where school is concerned. Other areas of my life were all sunshine and roses, but school? My my. I’m thankful to know that it isn’t likely that I will have another semester as difficult as that. My capstone is completed and I only have seven remaining hours to finish up before I earn my degree.
I quit my job at the day school, however, I am back there one day per week teaching Creative Movement. It’s fun so far (only one week in) but I hope that it gets better. My first day a 2-year-old busted my lip. And that was really attractive.
And…tomorrow Kevin and I will celebrate 6 months of dating by attending the wedding of a couple of friends ![]()
Just got back on Friday night from spring break. As I have done the past two years, I spent this one in Glorieta, NM, and had a fabulous time. For more photos check out my flickr. I’ll be posting more throughout the week.
Yes, you can buy the hair that Britney Spears shaved off her pretty little head.
Starting on Monday, they are going to begin picking people out of the audience of The View to help co-host during Hot Topics.
They need me on this show!
Now. Just figuring out how to get to New York…
